By downloading or using Purush Shakti, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Purush Shakti is for adults aged 18 or older. By using the app, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

Purush Shakti provides wellness content based on traditional Indian practices. It is not medical advice. If you have any medical condition, are recovering from surgery, or have concerns about pelvic floor exercises, breathwork, or yoga, consult a qualified physician before starting. Stop any practice that causes pain or discomfort.

• Free trial: 3 days of access (1 Kala per day, 3 asanas, 1 article) with no charge.
• Auto-renewal: After the trial, your chosen plan begins and renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• Cancellation: You can cancel any time from the app (Profile → Subscription) or by emailing us. Access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.
• Price changes: If we change prices, current subscribers continue at their existing price for their current term. Renewal would happen at the new price (with 30 days' notice).

If you are a first-time subscriber, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. Renewal payments are not refundable, and the first payment is not refundable once more than 50% of the content has been consumed.

We always correct billing errors on our side (double-charging, or a charge after cancellation). See our full refund policy for details and how to request.

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with anyone else
• Download, redistribute, or commercially use our audio, video, or images outside the app
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to access non-public parts of our systems
• Use the app to harass other users (if community features are added later)

All app content — audio, video, images, written text, code — is owned by Purush Shakti or licensed to us. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own practice. You don't get redistribution rights.

The underlying traditional practices (Mool Bandh, Pranayama, asanas, 64 Kala) are heritage knowledge of Bharat. The specific instructional content, voice recordings, video productions, and software are our copyrighted works.

We provide the app "as is." We do our best, but we cannot guarantee specific health, sexual, or fitness outcomes — individual results vary. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse our systems, or charge back legitimate payments. We will email you before taking permanent action except in cases of clear fraud.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kachchh (Bhuj), Gujarat.

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you in-app and via email 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
