Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel your Purush Shakti subscription, what happens after cancellation, and how auto-renewal works. We make it simple to cancel — no questions asked, no retention attempts, no hidden steps.

1. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription using any of the three methods below. Choose whichever is easiest for you.

2. What Happens After You Cancel

• No further charges — your payment method will not be charged again after cancellation.
• Access continues until the end of your current billing period — for example, if you cancel a yearly subscription on day 200, you keep access until day 365.
• No partial refund for the remaining time, unless a refund situation applies (see Refund Policy).
• Your account remains — your quiz answers, streaks, and saved content stay so you can resume later.
• Notifications stop when the subscription expires; data stays.

3. Cancelling During the Free Trial

If you cancel during the 7-day free trial, you will not be charged at all. Your access continues until the end of the trial period, after which the App reverts to the free tier (limited content).

4. Re-subscribing

You can resubscribe anytime by opening the App, tapping the Profile tab, and choosing a plan. Your previous data (quiz answers, progress, streaks) will be restored if you sign in with the same phone number or email.

5. If You Cannot Cancel

If you are unable to cancel using any of the three methods above (technical issues, lost phone, account access problems), email us at purushshaktiapp@gmail.com with subject "Urgent Cancellation Help" and we will cancel manually within 2 business days. Any charges incurred due to our delay in cancelling after your request will be refunded.

6. Account Deletion (Separate from Cancellation)

Cancelling your subscription does NOT delete your account. To fully delete your account and personal data:

1. Cancel any active subscription first (use methods above)
2. Email purushshaktiapp@gmail.com with subject "Delete My Account"
3. Include your user ID or phone number
4. We will delete your data within 30 days, except where law requires us to retain it (e.g. tax records for 7 years)

Cancellation નીતિ

આ Cancellation Policy સમજાવે છે કે Purush Shakti subscription કેવી રીતે cancel કરવી, cancellation પછી શું થાય છે, અને auto-renewal કેવી રીતે કાર્ય કરે છે. અમે cancel કરવાનું સરળ બનાવ્યું છે — કોઈ સવાલ નહીં, retention attempts નહીં, છુપાયેલા steps નહીં.

૧. Cancel કેવી રીતે કરવું

નીચેની ૩ માંથી કોઈ પણ રીતે તમે subscription cancel કરી શકો છો. જે સહેલી લાગે તે પસંદ કરો.

૨. Cancel કર્યા પછી શું થાય છે

• કોઈ વધારાનો charge નહીં — Cancellation પછી તમારી payment method ફરી charge નહીં થાય.
• Current billing period ના અંત સુધી access ચાલુ રહે — દા.ત. yearly subscription દિવસ ૨૦૦ માં cancel કરો, તો દિવસ ૩૬૫ સુધી access મળશે.
• બાકી સમય માટે partial refund નહીં, સિવાય કે refund situation લાગુ પડે (Refund Policy જુઓ).
• તમારું account રહે છે — quiz જવાબો, streaks, saved content બધું રહે છે જેથી પાછળથી પાછા આવી શકો.
• Notifications બંધ થાય છે જ્યારે subscription expire થાય; data રહે છે.

૩. Free Trial દરમિયાન Cancellation

૭-day free trial દરમિયાન cancel કરો તો કોઈ charge નહીં થાય. Trial period ના અંત સુધી access રહેશે, ત્યાર પછી એપ free tier (મર્યાદિત content) માં જશે.

૪. ફરી Subscribe કરવું

તમે ગમે ત્યારે ફરી subscribe કરી શકો — એપ ખોલો, પ્રોફાઇલ tab tap કરો, plan પસંદ કરો. એ જ ફોન નંબર / ઇમેઇલ થી sign in કરો તો તમારો અગાઉનો data (quiz, progress, streaks) restore થશે.

૫. જો Cancel ન કરી શકો

ઉપરની ૩ માંથી કોઈ રીતે cancel ન કરી શકો (technical issues, ફોન ખોવાયો, account access સમસ્યા), તો purushshaktiapp@gmail.com પર "Urgent Cancellation Help" subject સાથે ઇમેઇલ કરો. અમે ૨ business days માં manually cancel કરીશું. તમારી request પછી અમારા વિલંબ ને કારણે થયેલા charges refund થશે.

૬. Account Deletion (Cancellation થી અલગ)

Subscription cancel કરવાથી account delete નથી થતું. તમારું account અને વ્યક્તિગત data સંપૂર્ણ delete કરવા:

1. પ્રથમ active subscription cancel કરો (ઉપરની methods)
2. purushshaktiapp@gmail.com પર "Delete My Account" subject સાથે ઇમેઇલ મોકલો
3. તમારો user ID અથવા ફોન નંબર લખો
4. ૩૦ દિવસમાં તમારો data delete થશે, સિવાય કે કાયદો જાળવી રાખવાનું કહે (દા.ત. ૭ વર્ષ માટે tax records)
