Every new member gets a 3-day free trial (1 Kala per day, 3 asanas, and 1 article). No charge is taken during the trial. If you don't wish to continue, cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged. After the trial, your chosen plan begins and auto-renews until cancelled.

If you are a first-time subscriber, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. This applies to your very first paid subscription only. You can also cancel any time from Profile → Subscription in the app; cancelling stops the next auto-renewal while your current access continues until the period you've paid for ends.

Eligible:

• First-time subscribers, within 7 days of the first payment
• Anyone charged due to a technical error on our side (double-charge, or a charge after cancellation)

Not eligible:

• Renewal payments (only the first payment qualifies)
• Requests made more than 7 days after the first payment
• Accounts that have consumed more than 50% of the content
• Service interruptions caused by your own internet, device, or app-store issues, or events beyond our control (force majeure)

Email purushshaktiapp@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

• Your registered phone number
• Your Razorpay payment ID (from your payment confirmation)
• A short reason (optional, but it helps us improve)

Once a refund is approved, it is returned to your original payment method:

• UPI: typically 1–3 business days
• Card: typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank

Refunds are processed by Razorpay, our verified payment partner in India, usually within 5–7 business days of approval.
