Purush Shakti is an Indian wellness application operated from Bhuj, Kachchh, Gujarat, India. Our contact email is purushshaktiapp@gmail.com. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and what your rights are under Indian law (DPDP Act 2023) and the EU GDPR.

• Account data: Display name, email, phone (optional), age, language preference.
• Practice data: Daily practice completions, streak count, pelvic test scores, XP, achievements.
• Payment data: Razorpay handles your card/UPI details directly — we only receive a subscription ID and status. We never see your full payment instrument.
• Device data: App version, OS, device model, crash logs (anonymized).
• Usage data: Which screens you visit, which practices you do, time of day, session length.

We do not collect: contacts, photos, location (unless you explicitly enable), microphone, or any biometric data.

• Personalize your daily practice plan
• Track progress and unlock content (e.g. 64 Kala progression)
• Send you push notifications for streak reminders (you can disable anytime)
• Detect and fix bugs
• Provide customer support when you contact us
• Improve content quality based on aggregated usage patterns

We use a small number of carefully chosen third-party services. All have signed data processing agreements with industry-standard security:

• Supabase — database, authentication, file storage
• Cloudflare R2 — media CDN for images, videos, audio
• Razorpay — payments (India)
• Sarvam AI — Indian-language voice generation for trainer audio
• Vercel — website and admin hosting

We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we erase your personal data within 30 days. Subscription/payment records are retained for up to 7 years where required by Indian tax law. Anonymized aggregate statistics may be retained indefinitely for product analytics.

Under Indian DPDP Act and GDPR you can:

• Request a copy of all data we hold about you
• Correct any inaccuracies
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Withdraw consent for processing
• Lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India

Purush Shakti is for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.

We use HTTPS everywhere, encrypted database storage, row-level security in Supabase, and Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant payment processing. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously.

If we materially change this policy, we will notify you via in-app banner and email at least 30 days before changes take effect.
